Introduction
Brand identity and Webflow portfolio site for Mari P., an LA-based content creator across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch. I owned the full scope: brand direction, visual identity, site architecture, UI, and development, delivering a four-page site built to convert brand interest into paid collaborations. Within two weeks of launch, Mari received over 20 brand inquiries.
Context & Problem Space
Mari had five-plus years of content creation experience and a growing body of work, but no centralized place to send potential brand partners. Her content lived scattered across platforms, and without a dedicated site, she was pitching herself through social links and DMs. The gap between having the work and presenting the work was where opportunities were getting lost.
The Challenge
How might we give a multi-platform content creator a single, branded destination that communicates professionalism, showcases range, and makes it easy for potential partners to take action?
Rather than a generic portfolio template, I focused on the tension creators face between personal expression and professional credibility. Early conversations with the client surfaced three issues: fragmented work across platforms, no brand identity that translated to web, and too much friction between discovery and contact. These shaped every page-level decision.
Solution
I designed and built a four-page Webflow portfolio site along with a brand identity system rooted in the client's personality and content style. The site emphasizes video-forward presentation, clear service positioning, and a streamlined path to collaboration.
Each page was designed with a specific job: establish credibility, showcase depth, build connection, and reduce friction to outreach.
Home
The homepage needed to do two things fast: prove Mari is a working creator and frame her as someone brands can hire.
I led with video over text, letting her content establish credibility before any copy has to. The services section repositions her from "influencer" to "strategic collaborator": four distinct categories that give brand partners a mental model for what an engagement looks like. Platform stats sit at the bottom as closing evidence, placed after the visitor has already bought in through the work. The entire page funnels toward a single action: reach out.
Work
The biggest risk with a multi-niche creator portfolio is looking unfocused.
The tabbed Videos / Photos structure with category filters solves this by letting visitors self-select into the work that's relevant to them. A beauty brand doesn't need to scroll past travel content to find what they're looking for. Each piece links out to the original platform rather than hosting content directly, which keeps the site lightweight and positions the portfolio as a curated lens into her output. Thumbnail previews carry format and niche labels so a brand can evaluate fit at a glance without committing to a click.
About
A creator's about page has to walk a fine line between personality and professionalism.
Too polished and it feels detached from the voice that makes their content work. Too casual and it undermines the credibility the rest of the site builds. I structured this as a chronological narrative rather than a static bio, giving the page momentum that mirrors Mari's growth. Inline video clips are placed at story beats rather than grouped separately, so the media reinforces the narrative instead of sitting next to it.
Contact
Every design decision upstream means nothing if the contact experience introduces friction.
I kept the page sparse on purpose: one headline, one CTA, one form. The structured fields (business name, social handles, company stage) do double duty: reduce back-and-forth after submission while signaling that Mari works with real businesses at various scales. The free 15-minute call CTA sits above the form as the preferred action, lowering the commitment threshold. A direct email fallback below catches anyone not ready for a form but not wanting to leave empty-handed.
Results & Impact
The site launched as both a portfolio and functional pitch tool. Within two weeks, it was generating inbound interest and shortening the path from discovery to booked call.
By centralizing Mari's work, brand identity, and contact flow in one destination, the site replaced the scattered pitch process she'd been relying on
20+ brand inquiries in two weeks
Within the first two weeks of launch, the client received over 20 collaboration inquiries through the site's contact form, a direct result of giving brand partners a clear destination and a low-friction way to reach out.
Increased site traffic from social channels
Once the client began linking the portfolio in her social bios and outreach messages, traffic picked up noticeably. A single URL replaced the scattered platform links she had been relying on to pitch herself.a.
Shorter time from discovery to booked call
The structured contact form reduced the back-and-forth that used to happen over DMs. Brand partners could share their business context upfront, which meant conversations started further along and moved faster toward a booked call.
